SCIENTIFIC WRITING AND EDITING
I work with biomedical researchers in academia and biotech to write and edit grants, manuscripts, conference posters, and other forms of science communication. Here's what my clients have to say.
For multi-PI or multi-center grants and projects, including NIH T32 and P grants.
Hate looking at an empty page? I can work with you to outline and draft sections of your grant or manuscript.
I also provide language and scientific edits to enhance the clarity and impact of your documents.
Invite me to your institution for in-person or virtual sessions covering narrative structure in scientific writing, stage-specific grants, science writing careers, and/or writing non-scientific documents (e.g., personal statements).
I am a neuroscientist with expertise in writing and editing. Throughout my early career I paired writing and neuroscience, whether it was working as a copy editor while earning a BS in neurobiology at Georgetown University; editing trainee manuscripts as an NIDDK postbaccalaureate fellow; or authoring multiple reviews and grants while earning my PhD at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Now I use my dual expertise to help others communicate their science. Reach out to see if I can help you!
